Pub Conversion, Great Yarmouth

is project involved the redesign and refurbishment of a former public house. We obtained planning approval for an extension and then converted the ground floor of the building into two large retail units and the upper floors into two, 2 bedroom residential units.


Mixed Use Development, Grimbsy

This is a 3D depiction of what we achieved on the site of an unused petrol station. The client had on two previous occasions failed to obtain planning permission. We were instructed at this point.

The brief was to create a design that achieved the client’s objective of creating both commercial and residential units within the same space with the challenge of ensuring that planning approval was granted.

The existing concerns regarding planning were properly addressed. The building and the units it would contain were redesigned so that it consisted of three self contained commercial units and three two bedroom residential units with balconies.
